Large well established bread/bun manufacturer located in popular area of SE Michigan is looking for an experienced Bread/Bakery R&D Mgr. Offering nice salary and benefits. QA/Safety aplus.
Bread and/or bun baking experience required, knowledgeable in formulation and dough making process equipment.
Managerial experience preferred.
SQF practitioner desired
PCQI and/or HACCP certification preferred
Hours based on when the R & D required is produced.
